All sweaters are hand-knitted by our team of local women workers. All of our workers are paid a fair living wage, not just minimum wage, with benefits. It’s really important to us that we employ women to help us handcraft our pieces rather than have them made with machines. We strive to give more work to women in Kosovo, because a lot of them aren’t able to find jobs where they can utilize their skills here. We offer flexible benefits such as being allowed to work from home with no deadlines. These women have become such an integral part of the brand!
Each piece takes 3 days to knit and is therefore unique and may vary slightly.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Custom measurement orders are final sale and non-returnable.

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your piece:
- Dry clean only for embellished and structured garments
- Hand wash delicate items in cold water with mild detergent
- Store hanging in a breathable garment bag away from direct light
- Avoid prolonged compression or tight folding
- Iron on low heat with a pressing cloth if needed
