Return Policy

• Items purchased from Lirika Matoshi are eligible for a refund or exchange if unworn and returned in the condition received, within 7 days from the fulfilment date**
• **Not included: custom made orders, on sale items, face masks, grass green dress, cloud mini dress, pink mini dress, turquoise set, fuchsia set.
• There is an additional shipping fee associated with each return & exchange.
• All shipping charges are non-refundable and the initial shipping cost will not be included in the refund of the purchase price.

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused upon delivery, including due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees, and is subsequently returned to us, a $150 restocking fee will be deducted from any eligible refund.
