Return Policy?
- Items purchased from Lirika Matoshi are eligible for a refund or exchange if unworn and returned in the condition received, within 7 days from the fulfilment date**
- **Not included: custom made orders, on sale items, face masks, grass green dress, cloud mini dress, pink mini dress, turquoise set, fuchsia set.
- There is an additional shipping fee associated with each return & exchange.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable and the initial shipping cost will not be included in the refund of the purchase price.

How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?

Each item has its own processing time noted on the listing. We can not ship to PO BOX or APO address.
What if I need my order faster?
- We do accommodate deadlines, if you have already ordered please let us know your order number and the date you need it by. If not please let us know the style, color, size you wish to purchase and date you need it by.
What if I need to cancel my order?
We don't accept order cancellations, however please let us know if there is a problem with your order.
What are the shipping options?

- We are based in New York City and Kosovo.
Where do you ship?
- We ship worldwide from Kosovo.
Customs duties and taxes?
- Orders shipped internationally — including those to the United States due to recent tariff policies — may be subject to import duties and taxes determined by local customs authorities. Customers are responsible for covering these charges. If the duties or taxes are not paid and the shipment is returned to us, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Customization?
- We do offer customization for our dresses. We can make dresses with measurements and customize its length.
